Also from the newsletter, the end prize is "a special gift you can use to light up your Guild Hall or a local town or outpost".

Interesting!

I would assume this is some type of re-usable firework display, probably creating an image of the celestial animal corresponding to the month you've created your character.

Then again, this is just a guess

According to Gaile, we should be able to obtain the Lion Mask DURING the event and not at the finales.

My question is: How do you get it? I already have it, mind you. Just that I don't see a way for someone to get it now that the event has begun?

these quests are easy. My character is gathering all the event quest items for the rest of my other characters.

Im guessing you could easily keep getting the festival dyes. then remake a char give the quest and get reward

Yes, just traded 3 dedicated and 2 non...just needs 5 of any combo.
